Shipping Policy

At Anubhav Silvers, we do our best to ensure your jewellery reaches you quickly and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:
1. Dispatch Time
- All orders are packed and dispatched within 2-3 working days of purchase.
2.Estimated Delivery
- Within Tamil Nadu: 3-5 working days after dispatch
- Rest of India: 6-7 working days after dispatch.
Most orders arrive on time, but sometimes delays may happen due to courier issues or unforeseen reasons. In such cases, please allow an extra 3–5 working days for resolution.
3. Delayed Delivery & Refunds
- If your order hasn’t been delivered within 12 days of dispatch, we’ll issue a full refund (processed within 3 business days).
4. Address & Contact Information
- Please double-check your shipping address and phone number when placing your order.

- Once shipped, changes can’t be guaranteed, but we’ll try our best to help. Please allow up to 15 days for resolution if courier updates are required.
5. Delivery Attempts & Return to Origin (RTO)
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- If delivery fails, the order will be returned to us (RTO).
- Once received back, a refund will be processed after deducting a ₹200 handling fee. Please allow up to 15 days for the refund.
6. Tracking Your Order
- Every order comes with a tracking number so you can follow your package online.
- Tracking details will be emailed as soon as your order is shipped.
7. Damages or Losses
- If you receive a damaged package, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
- An unboxing video is required to process damage claims.
